Across TCGA cell cohorts, DTX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,048 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cell junction, Bundle of His cell-Purkinje myocyte adhesion involved in cell communication, and RNA stabilization. Each is linked with DTX4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX4-to-partner and partner-to-DTX4 results are reported.
