DTX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DTX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACOT6, GYPB, and OXT. Each is linked with DTX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX4-to-partner and partner-to-DTX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACOT6 grouped by DTX4-low versus DTX4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
