DTX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,211 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PURG, ARHGEF25, and EFNB3. Each is linked with DTX3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX3-to-partner and partner-to-DTX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTX3 versus PURG in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
