Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DTX2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DTX2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DTX2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DTX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC and LIHC are the cancer types where DTX2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
