Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTWD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,239 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTWD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TP53BP1, MYEF2, and SETMAR. Each is linked with DTWD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTWD1-to-partner and partner-to-DTWD1 results are reported.
