DTWD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTWD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,376 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD7, BUB1B, and RAD51. Each is linked with DTWD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTWD1-to-partner and partner-to-DTWD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTWD1 versus PDCD7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTWD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTWD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
