DTNBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTNBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 988 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTNBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD6-19, MIR4688, and MFAP1P1. Each is linked with DTNBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTNBP1-to-partner and partner-to-DTNBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD6-19 grouped by DTNBP1-low versus DTNBP1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTNBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTNBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
