DTNB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTNB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,911 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTNB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1127P, MIR138-1, and RPS2P36. Each is linked with DTNB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTNB-to-partner and partner-to-DTNB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1127P grouped by DTNB-low versus DTNB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTNB→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTNB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
