DTNA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,692 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, TK1, and E2F2. Each is linked with DTNA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTNA-to-partner and partner-to-DTNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by DTNA-low versus DTNA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
