DTNA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DTNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 260 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBL1Y, SIRPD, and CD300H. Each is linked with DTNA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTNA-to-partner and partner-to-DTNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBL1Y grouped by DTNA-low versus DTNA-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
