DTL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,194 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL763P, TRAJ43, and ZDHHC7. Each is linked with DTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTL-to-partner and partner-to-DTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL763P grouped by DTL-low versus DTL-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
