DSTYK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSTYK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSTYK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, ZIM3, and TBL1Y. Each is linked with DSTYK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSTYK-to-partner and partner-to-DSTYK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX43 grouped by DSTYK-low versus DSTYK-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSTYK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSTYK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
