DSTNP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSTNP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,097 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSTNP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL13P5, SPSB2, and M6PR. Each is linked with DSTNP2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSTNP2-to-partner and partner-to-DSTNP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSTNP2 versus RPL13P5 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSTNP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSTNP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
