DSTNP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSTNP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,079 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSTNP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL13_S140, RPL26, and RPL3. Each is linked with DSTNP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSTNP1-to-partner and partner-to-DSTNP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSTNP1 versus RPL13_S140 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSTNP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSTNP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
