RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,790 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SET_S7, ITGB5, and MAP1A_S1069. Each is linked with DST in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DST-to-partner and partner-to-DST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DST versus SET_S7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DST→partner) and Y-score (partner→DST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
