DST

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DST protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,543 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DST-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEND6, CAV1, and CLIP4. Each is linked with DST in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DST-to-partner and partner-to-DST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DST versus BEND6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DST→partner) and Y-score (partner→DST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
