mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DST mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DST-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, ASNS, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with DST in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DST-to-partner and partner-to-DST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by DST-low versus DST-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DST→partner) and Y-score (partner→DST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
