DST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,045 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DST-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNF, PRMT7, and BUB3. Each is linked with DST in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DST-to-partner and partner-to-DST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNF grouped by DST-low versus DST-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DST→partner) and Y-score (partner→DST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
