DSEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, CDKN3, and PSMA3. Each is linked with DSEL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSEL-to-partner and partner-to-DSEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by DSEL-low versus DSEL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
