Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSEL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,261 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSEL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Indole-containing compound metabolic process, and Relaxation of smooth muscle. Each is linked with DSEL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSEL-to-partner and partner-to-DSEL results are reported.
