DSEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 836 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTF1, SAMM50, and SDC4. Each is linked with DSEL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSEL-to-partner and partner-to-DSEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTF1 grouped by DSEL-low versus DSEL-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
