DSE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 249 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSE-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, C16orf92, and C10orf95. Each is linked with DSE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSE-to-partner and partner-to-DSE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by DSE-low versus DSE-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSE→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
