DSCR10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCR10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 384 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCR10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD13P1, ACAD10, and GABRR2. Each is linked with DSCR10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCR10-to-partner and partner-to-DSCR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD13P1 grouped by DSCR10-low versus DSCR10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
