Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCAML1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,610 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DSCAML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSAMP, RAI2, and RBBP4. Each is linked with DSCAML1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAML1-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAML1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSAMP grouped by DSCAML1-low versus DSCAML1-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCAML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCAML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
