DSCAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,551 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UACA, EEF2_T435, and SVIL. Each is linked with DSCAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAM-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSCAM versus UACA in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
