DSCAM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,126 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC18, TMEM273, and CORO1A. Each is linked with DSCAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAM-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSCAM versus LRRC18 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
