DSCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCAM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, TFRC, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with DSCAM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAM-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by DSCAM-low versus DSCAM-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
