DSCAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSCAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,996 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHL1, KCNMB2, and OR5M11. Each is linked with DSCAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAM-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSCAM versus CHL1 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
