DSCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSCAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,260 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD36B, RPRD1A, and MMS22L. Each is linked with DSCAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAM-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD36B grouped by DSCAM-low versus DSCAM-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
