DSC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADCY10, ST8SIA3, and GNAT3. Each is linked with DSC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSC3-to-partner and partner-to-DSC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADCY10 grouped by DSC3-low versus DSC3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
