DSC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf92, PRELP, and CPA3. Each is linked with DSC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSC2-to-partner and partner-to-DSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf92 grouped by DSC2-low versus DSC2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
