DSC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,772 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DSC2, SIN3A_S832, and LRRC8A. Each is linked with DSC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSC1-to-partner and partner-to-DSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSC1 versus DSC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
