DSC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,981 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA9, NARS1, and UQCRH. Each is linked with DSC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSC1-to-partner and partner-to-DSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPA9 grouped by DSC1-low versus DSC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
