DRP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC14A, TRIM49D2, and NPHS2. Each is linked with DRP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRP2-to-partner and partner-to-DRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC14A grouped by DRP2-low versus DRP2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
