DROSHA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DROSHA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,508 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DROSHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRIX1, PTRH2, and MMS19. Each is linked with DROSHA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DROSHA-to-partner and partner-to-DROSHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DROSHA versus BRIX1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DROSHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DROSHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
