DROSHA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DROSHA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,545 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DROSHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP423, PHF7, and SULT6B1. Each is linked with DROSHA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DROSHA-to-partner and partner-to-DROSHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP423 grouped by DROSHA-low versus DROSHA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DROSHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DROSHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
