DROSHA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DROSHA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 405 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DROSHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC172, ASZ1, and KCNJ5. Each is linked with DROSHA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DROSHA-to-partner and partner-to-DROSHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC172 grouped by DROSHA-low versus DROSHA-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DROSHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DROSHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
