DRG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, SPACA5, and YBX1P9. Each is linked with DRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRG2-to-partner and partner-to-DRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by DRG2-low versus DRG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
