DRD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDOA, POLR3K, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with DRD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRD5-to-partner and partner-to-DRD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALDOA grouped by DRD5-low versus DRD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
