DRD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DRD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 467 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, TEX55, and GIMAP7. Each is linked with DRD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRD5-to-partner and partner-to-DRD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C20orf85 grouped by DRD5-low versus DRD5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
