DRD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DRD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBATA, CFAP299, and PRR23A. Each is linked with DRD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRD4-to-partner and partner-to-DRD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBATA grouped by DRD4-low versus DRD4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
