DRD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,398 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPGDS, TBC1D16, and UBAC1. Each is linked with DRD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRD3-to-partner and partner-to-DRD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HPGDS grouped by DRD3-low versus DRD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
