DRAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01014, LINC01280, and LINC01241. Each is linked with DRAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DRAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01014 grouped by DRAP1-low versus DRAP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
