DRAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,871 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ICAM1, RENBP, and IL4I1. Each is linked with DRAM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAM1-to-partner and partner-to-DRAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DRAM1 versus ICAM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
