DRAM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,486 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTX4, FOLR1, and ERBIN. Each is linked with DRAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAM1-to-partner and partner-to-DRAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DRAM1 versus DTX4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
