DRAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DRAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP4A, FUT5, and SSMEM1. Each is linked with DRAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAM1-to-partner and partner-to-DRAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOSP4A grouped by DRAM1-low versus DRAM1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
