DRAIC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAIC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,475 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAIC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPSECS, FSCN1, and JPT1. Each is linked with DRAIC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAIC-to-partner and partner-to-DRAIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DRAIC versus SEPSECS in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
