DPYS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPYS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,846 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPYS-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, TEK, and CCL14. Each is linked with DPYS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYS-to-partner and partner-to-DPYS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPYS versus FHL5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
