DPYS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPYS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPYS-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and FoxM1. Each is linked with DPYS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYS-to-partner and partner-to-DPYS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by DPYS-low versus DPYS-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
