DPYD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPYD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,153 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPYD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, BUB3, and MAD2L1. Each is linked with DPYD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYD-to-partner and partner-to-DPYD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
